Apple Canada Return Policy

Return Period

Most products purchased from Apple Canada can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. This includes iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and accessories. During special shopping periods such as the holidays, Apple sometimes extends the return window.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in resalable condition may be denied a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
